2. Description of Service

Novano provides AI-powered interior design and image transformation services. Users can upload images and use our AI tools to visualize design changes, virtual staging, and other transformations.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of images you upload to Novano. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and transform your images using our AI technology. You represent that you have the right to upload any images you submit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The Novano service, including its AI technology, design, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Novano is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
